Between Routes 50 and 66,

  • July 6-8, 2013, Friday-Monday: Dysautonomia Patient Conference & Lobby Day
    Speakers, Gala, More

    Registration for the Dysautonomia Patient Conference is $150 per person. Registration includes participation in all seminars, presentations, social activities, vendor fair, the Saturday night gala dinner, a Sunday luncheon, snack breaks throughout the conference and bus transportation to and from Capitol Hill Lobby Day meetings. Seating is limited, and registration is available on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are non-refundable. Some meals not included.

    Dulles Airport Embassy Suites Hotel in Herndon, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. All rooms are wheelchair accessible. The entire hotel is air-conditioned. There is an indoor pool and a Business Center on site. Free shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport and any other location within five miles of the hotel, between 5:30 AM and 11 PM. $79 for rooms with one king bed, $89 for 2 double. Register for conference first to receive password for this discounted rate.

    Direct all inquires to Nancy C. Lee, MD, Designated Federal Officer: cfsac@hhs.gov.

    The meeting was recorded and archived for on-demand viewing through the CFSAC web site. It will be available by audio on both days and the call-in numbers will be posted on the CFSAC Web site. Public attendance at the meeting is open. Those attending will need to sign-in prior to entering (bring ID). Members of the public will have the opportunity to provide oral testimony on both days of the meeting; pre-registration for oral testimony is required by Wednesday, October ??, 2013.

    Time slots for public comment will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to five minutes per speaker; no exceptions will be made. Priority will be given to individuals who have not presented public comment at previous CFSAC meetings. Individuals registering for public comment should submit a copy of their oral testimony in advance. Details of last fall's meeting.
